In these turbulent times there is a constant need to focus on value. However, many people do not understand the difference between cost, price or value. It is easy to understand price as being what is paid at the time. This may cover all the immediate requirements and whilst it may at first appear cheap it may not be of sufficient quality or last the expected timeframe.
